Terms of sale

The owner of the online store rakly.eu is Global Goods OÜ (registry code 17197490), located at Villa 24, Kambja Vald, Estonia.

  • Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms apply when purchasing products from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer during the checkout process.
Product information is provided directly next to each item in the Online Store.

  • Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method chosen. The total cost will then be displayed, which can be paid securely via the following methods:

    • Estonian bank payments

    • Visa/Mastercard

    • Apple Pay and Google Pay

NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” after payment.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – via the respective bank’s secure system or Maksekeskus AS for card payments. The seller has no access to the customer’s banking or credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the payment to the Online Store’s bank account.

The Online Store owner is the data controller and forwards necessary personal data to Maksekeskus AS as the authorized processor for payment processing.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund (including delivery costs) will be issued without delay, but no later than within 14 days of the notification.

  • Delivery

Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

The buyer can choose the following delivery methods: DPD, Omniva, Smartposti, or another method.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed next to the delivery method.

Deliveries within Estonia usually arrive at the destination within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. International deliveries arrive within 7 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver within up to 45 calendar days.

  • Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

If the product has been used in any other way or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in the product’s value.

To return the product, a withdrawal form must be submitted. The form is available here: rakly.eu/return-refund
and must be sent to support@rakly.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

  • Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for the non-compliance or defects of goods sold to the buyer that were present at the time of delivery and that appear within two years from the date of delivery. It is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within the first year. Proving otherwise is the responsibility of the Online Store.

The buyer must inform the Online Store of any defect within two months of discovery by sending an email to support@rakly.eu.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occurred after delivery to the buyer.

If a product purchased from the Online Store is defective, the Online Store will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

The Online Store will respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

  • Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and deliver the goods. The Online Store shares personal data with delivery service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the goods.

Newsletters and offers are sent to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has opted in by entering their email address and expressing a desire to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by notifying us via email or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

  • Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to support@rakly.eu.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Conditions and the application form can be found here. The Committee resolves disputes arising from contracts between a buyer and an online store. The service is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
